so banana has a date tonight! i am really looking forward to it, the guy is hilarious and we've had a lot of fun talking to eachother, hope the chemistry still exisits in person. it's always a bit awkward having met by online personals...not that i've done it a lot, and then having to meet in person. you get your hopes high for someone who, even though you know what they look like, how they sounds, what they do is even better than what you've seen and heard. so i am trying to keep my expectaions low so that i won't disappoint myself or expect too much from him, that's just not nice.
online dating is also where i am a getting a healthy dose of rejection. suppose everyone needs some, but not this much. you take the time to write an email, carefully reading their profile and incorporating what they have said, you notice they look at your profile and yet nothing. sometimes i feel like trying to sell myself in the dating world is like trying to sell these guys violent diarrhea.
hmm oh well, this one bit the hook, let's see if i can reel 'em in! haha
